I gave this group a chance to sell my home after being contacted numerous times by the broker telling me how great they were and what they could do for me. After a month, I called and gave them a shot and this where everything fell apart and the nightmare began.
The 1st and only meeting was to ask me what amount I wanted to list my home for. There was no strategy or plan but just to tell me to make sure I give them a good rating so that they appear as top agents when people search online, this was mentioned several times over and over.

Difficult to get a hold of. Never answer their cell phones if you text they get around to it a day later or hours later if your lucky. If you call their business number the secretary asks realtors about questions and will tell you that the agents will get back to you.
E-mails are typically answered from angel within 24 hours

So I was referred to Angel and Patty through homelight. They definitely can sell themselves but not our home. I had to correct some of their information on their post when they actually listed the house, the pictures they took were average and the 360 reel they made was horrible. Plus I took them over 2 weeks to actually post that after 2 open houses were actually done.

HIGHLY UNETHICAL practices.
From the very beginning of dealing with this agency they delayed processes, claiming they were unable to get a response from their seller. WHENEVER contacted the lead agent had no knowledge of the current status of the transaction--presumably because once they're done wheeling and dealing, they hand the file over to an unlicensed transaction coordinator and moves on to their next deal.
And the transaction coordinator, missed important escrow docs/deadlines and nearly caused me to lose my loan rate lock.
This agency has NEVER been present to support their seller
