We could not ask for better service. Last week we were put on the schedule for emergency next day restoration service after suffering a washing machine disaster in out kitchen which leaked to the basement. Bill showed up to our home in Sterling Virginia on time as promised and handled the situation much better than we were handling it ourselves. His professionalism put my family and I a relaxed state. We knew we were in good hands and we were right. 10/10 service and expertise. Earned a customer for Life.

Rick and Bill were very professional, presented realistic expectations and went above and beyond to help remove some adhesive left from an area rug that had been taped down to the carpet. I would highly reccommend the service as my carpets of 5 years had never been cleaned and now they look like new. The process also uses a natural cleaning agent that leaves a pleasant and not strong odor. The carpets were dry the next morning. I will definately use Natura Care again.

They came out to do our carpets a few years ago when we bought our house - did a really good job, friendly and professional. Just e-mailed them today about price-matching another company offering a better deal and they sent back a really rude response basically bad mouthing the other company, which I really don't appreciate. It's unprofessional and inappropriate.
I went with the other company and got not only a better deal, but great service.
