They spent time to look all over our house. On the report they mentioned the problem, how to prevent more cracks, and recommended how to fix it . They gave us peace of mind to purchase the house. As first time home buyer, I did my research for structural home inspection. After going through half dozen of home inspectors website for my area I decide d to set an appointment with A To Z Engineerig. I checked their client's review, and everyone seems happy with their job results. Their engineer responded quick and was on time for the appointment. If he find something wrong he will tell you the likely reason why and how you can fix the issue. they are a very professional and knowledgeable group. Because of the acurate report, we were able to get a very good discount on the property.

We hired A To Z Engineering to do an addition in our two story house in Lake Forest. We had plans to remodel our house in Irvine. After a quick search we found A to Z engineering. The architect spent time with us to finally come up with an amazing design and their engineer did structural calculations. Horrible experience with Riverside office. The guy came to inspect the 30 y.o. cracked and bent all over around house, walk around for less than an hour, and even didn't visit 1/4th of the rooms, didn't walk to the attic, moreover, he didn't write even a letter, or didn't make any marks in a checklist (well, he didn't have a checklist with him, or any other papers) and tried charging $900 for the "work". No trust in this company nor individual from our end.
