Top Quality Health Care built its foundation in Southern California and is family-owned and operated. Orange County, California is known to be one of the biggest retirement communities in the United States. Since our company opened in 2007, we've treated every senior like they were a part of our family.
Our entire team of caregivers are required by law to have extensive background checks through the Florida Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) before they are approved to give care to people in need. We also require all our caregivers to have a CPR and First Aid certification, TB test, and records proving no communicable diseases in the past 6 months.
Thank you for your interest in joining Top Quality Health Care's team. We are currently seeking all levels of care providers, including companions, past/present CNAs, and validly certified HHAs. Applicants should be warm, compassionate people with a heartfelt desire to work one on one with clients in their own home.
The Family Portal from Top Quality Health care is how we work to provide the best care for your loved ones and involve everyone in the care. The Family Portal is based on the idea that Health Care for our loved ones consists of two support groups. Medical professionals provide the health management and care is provided by those who love and care for those in need.
