I had them come out to clean 3 rooms. 1 in which my daughters dog had a bladder issue and had been locked in the room one day. The man Rick charged me $60 extra to add cleaning solution and deodorizer. Mind you it was only one of the rooms. His customer service from the time I opened the door was horrible and now not only does my daughters room smell worse then It did now my whole house smells like it including my brand new grandsons room where the dogs never even been in. I'm extremely upset. Rick told me if I want to remove the smell I need to replace the whole carpet. This was also after

We have been using Surfside Chem-Dry (Ventura) for over 30 years for our carpets and rugs and have loved their service ALWAYS! If we had a problem, a spot showed up after a cleaning, they always came back out and made it right, until now.
We told Surfside Chem-Dry (Ventura) when they picked up our rugs at the beginning of November 2018, to please make sure they were Oder free and to take their time as they didn't need to deliver them to our other property until after the new year.
We do have dogs that have from time to time urinated on the rugs and Surfside Chem-Dry (Ventura) assured us

Had Surfside Chemdry out to clean my carpets and give me an estimate on cleaning and sealing my Travertine floors which were very dirty. After the estimate they proceeded with the work and at the end told me that my travertine had "water spots". The floors were extremely damaged by the chemical cleaner that Surfside used, and when I placed calls and left messages for the management to contact me, nobody called back. To make matters worse one of the technicians damaged 2 steps on my hardwood stairs. HORRIBLE company..... costing me $1500 to have my floors restored!
