What do you do when the auto body shop is confused?? Call Jason, he’s the best agent we’ve ever had. He drove to the auto body himself and straightened it all out! Jason rocks and so does his office. Initially they called a number of times to see how repairs were progressing. Seriously, if you want personal service this is the place to go.

We've been customers of Jason for over 10 years (since we moved to the area). From Day 1, he and his team have provided top quality, professional and courteous service. Every time we have had an issue that required either a claim or a question, Jason (or one of his team members) has guided us through the process and made resolving the issue a "piece of cake". wow, is all i can say after trying to deal with this agent for over a week now. very unprofessional and rude. Also, someone is going around with a video and phone call of you and warning people, you clearly oversteeped and didn't even know what you were talking about... I already switched agents..

Jason Ritchie is such a fine agent! He is always available for our questions. He has great suggestions to make sure we are covered, but never tries to up-sell unnecessary coverage. He clearly lays out our options and lets us decide which way to go. His advice is absolutely candid and trustworthy. We have worked with Jason for 5+ years for auto, home, and umbrella, and today our new camper. We have no complaints in any of our claims with State Farm, but working with Jason is wonderful.
