We were in need of repair estimates for a home buying decision. We knew what the problems were. We needed to know the cost to fix the issues for negotiations with the seller. We clearly asked over the phone if Sabco would be able to provide an estimate to repair and not just engineering cost estimates. They said they would so we scheduled an appointment. During the appointment Sabco said they do not provide estimates to repair (not what they said on the phone). Sabo was then unable to provide any useful estimate for the engineering work citing they couldn't see the issue clearly enough, ignoring

We worked with Khaled on a residential retaining wall project that spanned over a year. Khaled was always professional, accurate and responsive when we called or emailed. When the City of Seattle asked for changes, Khaled worked with them to resolve all their issues, even long after we had paid for his services. He stuck with us until the project until it was done. We were very impressed with Sabco Engineers, and we'll be calling again with our next project!

I found Sabco Engineers through Craigslist. I was very hesitant to contact them especially since I leave 300 miles away from Everett. Nevertheless, I did contact them. Khaled was very easy to talk to on the phone. I needed a structural engineer very urgently and Khaled was willing to work with my timeline. He walked me through the entire his process and explained how he does business. He completed the project on time and within the agreed budget.
I highly recommend Khaled and his company.

Having worked as employees together years ago SABCO was a natural choice for my Structural Engineering needs. I have always found the working relationship between SABCO and myself (A+Design) to not only be fruitfull but also on time with accurate information for my projects.
