Dealing with chronic shoulder pain and severely restricted motion for over 8 months I gave Cristina a try after my regular LMT retired. Within three visits I had regained 80% of my motion & a huge reduction in pain.

Cristina is one of the best in the business. She takes the time to communicate with her clients. Christina does an exceptional job at providing client-centric massages that help rejuvenate me and keep me performing my best at work and in athletic training. She listens and then caters to the exact needs of your body. She is also so professional and accommodating, in terms of the logistics of the appointment. I’ve been to a few other massage therapists, and Cristina by far is the best one! Cristina really knows what she is doing. She always asks at the end how you are feeling, and she follows up with a text a few days later to make sure you are still feeling great. You can go to Cristina with any pain and she works her magic to make the pain go disappear. I highly recommend Cristina!

Cristina is a miracle worker! I am a runner and do a lot of strength training . Cristina has literally put my body in order for races. Her massages allow me to continue my intense training without injury. She has a very deep knowledge of overall health and wellness in addition to being an exceptional massage therapist. First Cristina is very very good at her job.. I got a 90 minute massage from her, and she had all the right spots, I got all the kinks and soreness out of my muscles. She’s a very beautiful and sweet person she takes the time to ask questions when she’s massaging you to make sure she’s hitting all the right spots for you. I would recommend her everything will time if you’re looking for an amazing massage my amazing person.
