Was looking for a very specific flooring color and style, Ed the owner and Isabella with the front office worked so hard to match the pictures I was providing. With COVID it is hard to view items in person. I must say that the color was spot on the quality amazing, they installers were very professional and really took their time with the install of the floors. They paid special attention to detail and made sure to install the flooring under all thresholds. They were very clean and respectful of the home which I greatly appreciate. If I could I would have given Lila Benally from ELCI 6 stars. I dealt mostly with Lila Benally she was very professional. Lila helped pick our kitchen pattern and design any questions or changes I went directly through her. We were given a date and time for the contractors to come and take measurements, they arrived in the allotted time window. Within a week I received a detailed quote and a 3D design on the work to be done. All the different contractors that were involved were all neat, clean and knew there job, when they left for the day they cleaned up let me know when they were leaving and

ELCI Cabinet and Floors is a great company, their owners are very polite and very attentive. I give to this company five stars. Their quality of work is perfect and their employees are great. However, the best person that ELCI Cabinet and Floors have is Lila, she is the star and MVP of that company, she makes happen your dreams and she kept to your project budget. When they made my kitchen, the owners and Lila were present on my house step by step during the build. I recommend this company 100%, work with Lila she makes the project to happen. But be patient as any big project there will be problems

Found the perfect flooring for our home. The selection was awesome. They even brought in a specialist to explain the different details of flooring. Lila was awesome and assisted the entire time even when I went looking at other places for different pricing. Great customer service. Definitely recommend them!

We had our master bath totally remodeled by Reliable and they did a beautiful job! They did everything I asked for. I've worked with other contractors in the past that have tried to discourage me to do things because it was too much work, but not Reliable. They always had a good attitude and were very helpful with my design choices. Thank you!

This was our 1st experience with home remodeling. We did our entire kitchen , master bath, wood flooring, fixtures, and some tile.
The design center team were amazing and so patient in helping me make all my color and surface selections. Ed the owner made sure crews were on task and if there was an issue he resolved it immediately. The project was completed on time and is beautiful. Our budget wasn't huge but they totally worked with us to make sure we got as much accomplished as we could within that budget. I will be using them again for the next phase of our home improvement.

First of all, I've been a contractor for well over 35 years. We had a home in Corona that had been a rental for the last 8 years. After the last tenant moved out, we inspected the property and it was in need of some serious repair work. We also decided to sell the property, so the repair work needed to be completed quickly with no issues. After more investigation, the property needed serious plumbing work, drywall repair, kitchen cabinet refinishing, sink and bath refinishing, complete painting, carpet cleaning, other minor repairs and complete cleaning.

I too would give this company 0 stars if possible.
I'm so frustrated I can't even begin to say. And I won't bore you with all details but I will list pertinent points:
1. Scheduled work a month in advance for a very specific date, called to confirm work was on track FOUR SEPARATE TIMES and was told yes absolutely you are scheduled
Day of job, two of the three installers did not show up or call
2. Owner Ed flat out lied to me when I called to find out where installers were "I just spoke to him and he'll be there in 15 minutes" LIE I was still waiting 1 hour later

Very pleased!!! Ordered carpet replacement for our community clubhouse and office. They had an excellent choice of carpet samples.... Workers showed up on time and got straight to work. Gloria our sales rep is awesome and I would deffinetly do business with her again. I highly recommend her and the company!!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
First of all, the receptionist and supervisor at their dispatch center are very nice and professional. They will guarantee the world to you and get you really excited.
We contacted them to repaint the inside of our town house. The walls are 20ft high and I am disabled so it is very hard for me to DIY something like this. Painters show up 2 hours late to our house, and did not bring any equipment. No ladder, no scaffolding, nothing. I had informed them multiple times that we had 20ft walls and they would need extension poles and ladders. They did
