Services
Applicants are required to complete a rental application, authorize a credit and background check and should possess a minimum 650 credit score and income equal to 3 times the monthly rent to qualify for consideration. An Applicant is anyone 18 yrs & older, planning to live at the property. We receive immediate notification when an application is submitted.

Extremely deceitful agency. Extremely. Beware. Tried to work with several agents in the area over the past 6+ months to find a home. Seems to me that many of them are working together to drive the prices up in the area! What would make me say this? Since I've been looking in this area, I have noticed houses are taken off the market, then re-listed to make it look like they sell faster than they actually do. Additionally, I have caught local agents in lies that make no sense unless they are trying to do inside deals (so watch out for Jennings Realty, too). One example (though I have more..

We had a nice time while we was here. Our dogs loved it they ran and played. We looked all over lebec and Frazer park nice drive both places. We are thinking about moving up this way. People here are some what nice stores are clean but a little high on some things. Enjoyed the weather it rained and thunderstorms it was nice to see. We will be back soon.
