We had some service done yesterday by one of your guys named Noe. He was very friendly, kind, polite, stayed later than expected to figure out a difficult problem with our AC. Just wanted to pass along our thanks and a good recommendation for his Customer Service. I had a furnace/AC installed last year. I have found that it provided great savings on my utility bills-$50 a month! The workers were very respectful, intelligent and friendly. I have my house on the market right now on Edgemore and when I find a new place, I plan to have Weber install a furnace/AC again.

I had a furnace installed in the summer mainly for a new humidifier. They did not install it correctly. This is the second visit bc it is not working right. Spencer took the time to figure it out. It was installed incorrectly. He got it going but will come back to fix it properly. He did an excellent job and was conscientious!

70 year old mother had a new heating and Ac unit installed in the fall. When she went to use the Ac again as the days grew warmer it did not blow cold air. The reply was there would be a two week wait and a hefty service call bill. I would not recommend this company. I even tried to reach out to management.

We at Farmers State Bank of Oakley are so thankful that we chose Weber’s for our HVAC services here a couple years ago. They revamped our outdated pneumatic system (which had very few comfort level options in our large office building) and converted it all to an updated system that our entire staff can be happy with. They have provided excellent and professional service with a fair price, prompt service calls and annual maintenance included and are a top of the line and professional organization throughout!

Weber Refrigeration came out within an hour to check what was wrong with my AC unit. When he said we needed a new unit, I was a little panicked and worried about the cost. The serviceman was reassuring and told me about possible financing available. After speaking to Chris, our unit was ordered and scheduled to be instant the very next day! The installers were so professional and courteous that the dogs even liked them before they were finished! Thanks for your prompt quality service!
