Contrary to the other reviews I have read, I was informed from the outset of the project that the deductible was my responsibility in accordance with the law. This transparency and outright integrity is what drove me to select Big State for the job. I was more than satisfied with the professionalism and communication throughout the entire project all the way through to completion, and cannot say enough about the positive “can do” commitment from Brian and Ken, as well as their team. Big State most certainly has my endorsement and positive recommendation.

They tried to door knock at my in-laws and within the first statement some Brian guy said he’ll pay the deductible. Fortunately they are law abiding citizens And rather not risk a felony insurance fraud charge...smh I can’t speak on the actual work they do which might be good might be bad, but the fact they are ruining an industry by openly paying deductibles is sleezy

What a professional company. The owner Ken was able to navigate through all the contractor requirements my insurance and mortgage company had laid out.. (Seven other companies were not approved to do the work) Their crew did an outstanding roofing job and went above and beyond. They have high standards and expectations of their people. Eric and Chance were on site often and made sure all work was done correctly. I highly recommend Big State Roofing & Restoration to anyone who needs work done. They are just plain good & honest people to do business with.
