Jolein Harro was born in Macomb, Illinois, and was raised in Iowa and Missouri. Jolein graduated Suma Cum Laude from Truman State University (formally known as Northeast Missouri State University) where she graduated with a BA in English and a minor in History. During her time at Truman State University, Jolein also studied abroad in Heidelberg, Germany.

We hired these clowns to defend my sister in her divorce. They took a winning case and have screwed it up and charged over $50k for a divorce that they said would be no more than $5,000 and are STILL fighting the case (5 years later).... They have charged my credit card without me knowing. They have pissed off the judges (magistrates), taken advantage of my sister who is living below the poverty line. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a law firm. Not all attorneys are created equally. I am now (2 years later) paying the price, and more importantly my daughter is now paying the price for this office's poor representation, lack of attention to details and inability to fight. Do your research. I know in the heat of the moment you want help and you want it now. Don't settle. Do your research. Interview many attorneys. I had an attorney for almost 8 months and had a situation arise in which I needed new counsel and hired Jolein Harro. Upon meeting Jolein I immediately felt I was in capable hands and had an instant rapport with her one usually only establishes over time. Hired Jolein Harro to represent my daughter in her divorce. The worst attorney I have ever met. Only worried about getting more money during every meeting or call with her and her assistant. And her biggest worry was not upsetting the other attorney. Which she use to work for. Ended up costing us close to 20,000.00. And a law suit from the other attorney because Jolein Harro filed the wrong papers. In court the judge told her the papers where wrong and she still filed them. WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN. Save yourself a lot of money and pain. Hire someone else to represent you.
