In 1946, Donald, Charles's son, took over the helm. Under Donald Hembling's excellent workmanship and continuing in the tradition of providing quality construction; the company experienced substantial growth and expanded into commercial construction.
The job is winding down now and I think it can be said, it went well. I am writing to thank you for a job well done, but especially to thank you for Bill 's work as Job Foreman and Construction Manager. This was not a simple project. A lot of the credit for its success is due to the careful oversight he gave to every detail.
