The one star is only for the review. My Papal, Dr. William D. King (chiropractor for 60+ years in York), went to stay just for a few days while my Nanny was having surgery in Charlotte. He went in their facility walking and almost 100% independent. Four days later he was completely bedridden, couldn’t talk or do anything and had to be brought home in an ambulance on a stretcher. He passed away 11 days later. They apparently kept him so doped up and sedated, so they wouldn’t have to deal with him. It is so sad. I will NEVER forget and hopefully can find the strength to forgive what all yall

I went to this facility after being discharged from a near by hospital for physical therapy. I had a broken ankle and was to have therapy using one leg to walk on using a walker. Day one was check in and information only. I was advised that I would not begin therapy until two days later while paying for their services. At no point was I ever informed of their plan for how long and what type of therapy was planned. In a six day period I had minimal therapy totaling maybe one hour for all. I was not receiving the proper amount of therapy and decided to leave the facility on the 7th day. I would not

This place allowed my father to suffer a heart attack and stroke. Didn’t notice the signs or the slurred speech, they also allowed him to sit there for days with no food. I had to call to have him removed from this facility and they still had an attitude about getting him ready for transportation. I hate to even give the one star ⭐️. I ultimately lost my father due to the pure negligence of this facility. They don’t care about your family members. It’s ghetto and I do not recommend.

Rock Hill PACC took great care of my family members during their battle with covid! Their staff is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure each patient is cared for! I would highly recommend the PACC! Best facility in Rock Hill.

This facility was very clean and was dedicated to following infection control protocols. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who took my temperature and asked me the necessary covid 19 questions. The staff there were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The therapists in the gym were focused on the residents while maintaining social distancing. I highly recommend this facility if you or a loved one need rehabilitation.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I called about becoming a patient I was told, by Stacy/admissions, that they had open beds and were accepting new patients and to get a report from my doctor faxed over. I did. The next day, Stacy said she needed a referral-not a report. She was so rude that I asked to talk to her manager. Stacy refused. Eventually, I spoke to Kate Johnson who denied that Stacy said there were open beds because they weren't taking new patients due to COVID 19. When I asked to talk to Kate's boss, she refused. They didn't realize that I am a journalist and will

Are you really calling this rehabilitation?
When the nurses are understaffed and they don't visit patients , when they turn the lights on for who knows how long and get no response? They're making people worse. Instead of actually rehabilitating folks back into the world. I'm embarrassed my grandmother is currently here. I visit everyday just to see how I can help her because they don't check on how to help her. If I get one more Eye Roll from a CNA or the Floor Nurse by asking for someone to help her to the restroom. I will be reporting to authorities ASAP. Since the owner seems to only respond

I was a patient at Rock Hill PAC for 3 weeks. At first site, I was not impressed but that aside, I have never been in a facility that was more professional or helpful. Everyday everyone has a smile and a "what can I do to make your day better" attitude.
I was hesitant about going to Rock Hill PAC but God had other plans.
I am so glad that I had the opportunity to be a part of the Rock Hill PAC family for 3 weeks.
Thank you to the nurses, aides, therapists, and even house keeping.

Some of the staff members are great, but I believe it begins with the case manager, Alexa. She does not tell the truth and will not return calls. On the day of discharge, my mother was to be set up with home health; however, that was not done. I called her manager and voiced my complaints and concerns regarding Alexa. On Monday morning, she finally called stating that she just got the approval for home health care. That evening, my mother was scheduled to be discharged; however, the staff had no idea that she was being discharged. When they got Alexa on the phone, she stated that we refused to

My grandfather was here and there were a couple of good nurses, but some were just horrible people. One lady gave him pills and a small sip of water. He got one stuck in his throat and asked for more water, she then threw about a 1/4 cup of water in his face and walked out. They were very rude to him when the family wasn’t there with him. If you have to put your family in this place I would recommend hiding a camera in the room. You could probably sue the place after a week.

If you love your family member, do not sent them to this facility. They are absolutely incompetent and incapable of taking care of patients. We put my mom (74 yrs) in this facility after she broke her hip. Before she went in to the facility should could walk a bit (in the hospital) and was fairly lucid in her thinking. This facility gave her so many opioids and anti-psychotic medications without our knowledge or approval that my mom is now delirious and incapable of a coherent conversation. In addition, she has physically deteriorated and cannot walk at all. They kept her in a chair or the bed
