Services
Buying or selling property is an ongoing process that we make simple and stress free. Sellers want an effective marketing plan while prospective buyers want experience and someone they can trust. Sea Dunes Realty will produce results. Whatever your real estate needs, we are always available to help you.
Probably the most attractive asset our area has are its sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Our sand is not bleached by the sun, but is comprised of Appalachian quartz that filters down to the coast from the mountains. The emerald-green color of the water is due to the sugar-white color of the sand laying beneath the clear blue water.

Here is how they rob you of every last cent they can muster up;
Costs of re-renting the premises after a breach by the tenant; this is why they sued for breach of contract instead of eviction. They keep every red cent of the deposit knowing their intentions from the outset.
They have a lot to learn about what the tenants can do and class is about to be in order.
We are not ugly and greedy people; God is our leader and He always prevails.
Stay clear of Sea Dunes Realty if you don't want to be looted and pillaged.
Be wise and research your rights. You need to step outside their 'good ole boy
