My husband and I were traveling home to OK from the RGV when we had car problems about 15 miles south of Stephenville, TX. It was about 4:45pm when we drove up to Trans Texas Tires. We were told they were going to be closing soon and the job would take an hour to hour and a half. A few minutes later the owner told us he would fix it for us as the car could not be driven as it was. An hour and 20 minutes later the car was fixed and we were on the road again. They were very gracious and so helpful! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Trans Texas Tires!!! 😊

This is long overdue. Almost a year ago I was driving cross country from Arizona to Florida and my car just shut down on the highway. It was towed to Trans Texas and they were so so kind and helpful. It was the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. I was back on the road the same day and they even picked me up when finished with my car. I wish every business operated they way they do. Thank you thank you for everything guys!

I took my car up there on the 28th of july I told them it was overheating and got so hot it wouldn't start anymore they said it'd be about a week before the radiator they ordered would get there it took until the 6th and then it was the wrong size part so I had to wait on another part from cali that took until the 14th to arrive at first I was satisfied my car ran but now here we are two weeks later and its still overheating whenever it stops and goes at lights here we are back at the same problem and im out 599$

Words can't express the appreciation that goes out to Mr Joes & his wonderful staff. I'm from Houston and was in Stephenville to make a delivery. I periodically check my tires & fluid when im on the road,i discover that one of my front tires i recently purchased from Discount Tires 2 months ago (yes i had an alignment) was showing some of it's wire & i wasn't for sure if i could drive the 4 1/2 hrs back to Houston. The people here are amazing! I took my daughter to visit Tarleton and ended up with a flat tire the staff got me in and out as quickly as possible and was so kind to help me as I was out of town and didn’t know what to do. They also noticed that I was going to have the same problem with my other front tire before I even took off on the road so that I didn’t have a blowout at 70 mph the pricing was also competitive and I think they truly saved us from a severe car crash.

I have used them on numerous occasions on several different vehicles they have always been honest and fair, I told them to let me know what they find out and I have never felt as though I was taken advantage of. The bill was always what they told me it would be. However when they say "we will call you" dont believe them. After waiting patiently till at least the next day, I end up calling to find out what is happening, what repairs are needed and how much it will cost.
