Don't waste your time with this office, I was scheduled for an extraction that was told before the appointment that it will be covered by insurance for them to want to charge me on the day of the appointment, I was told that they needed to get pre-authorization from insurance.. something that they SHOULD KNOW that has to be done before making me come into the office. They only care about money and ripping people off, if a procedure is covered by insurance why would you want additional payment from patients?

I have been going to Park Village Dental to see Doctor Ahn and other doctors there since September 2012. This includes myself, my wife, and my daughter who has been seeing Doctor Ahn and the other doctors since she was four years old and in February 2019 she turns 10 years old. Never had any issues with the doctors or staff there. Always been treated with respect and dignity. I have no clue why some people have left negative reviews because in the seven years we have been going to Park Village Dental we have had no issues at all.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a lingual frenectomy. Called a day in advance to make sure the appointment is for a frenectomy. Got to my appointment and filled out the paperwork. When the doctor came in to ask what I was there for, I told him I was there for a lingual frenectomy. Doctor told me he is going to give me a referral as he does not have the tools to do a frenectomy at his location. Their website specifically states that they provide frenectomy services. At the end of all of this they charged me $50 for a 2 min conversation where they told me to go to other dentists in their dental
