My review is for attorney Stacey Lynch. My wife and I hired Stacey earlier this year to substitute for our attorney who was moving out of state and putting his license in escrow. She reviewed our lawsuit that was filed against our H.O.A. and recommended negotiation instead of more litigation. We entrusted her with the case and paid her a retainer fee. During negotiations, she was very forceful and insistent that my wife and I accept terms that were totally favorable for the defendant and very unfavorable for us the plaintiffs. I had such an incredible experience with this firm once my realtor recommended I retain help for my short sale. I was stressed and at my wit's end dealing with my bank.
