My office leased a Toshiba copy/fax machine from Kopy Kat 5 years ago. What a mess! We had to have a repairman out almost weekly - sometimes more than once a week! Yes, they would send someone every time we called, but it really is a pain to have the machine be down so frequently. Clearly it was a lemon, but they refused to replace it, so we had to deal with constant outages. And now, at the end of the lease, we realize that they snuck in a clause in the contract saying we must pay to ship it back to New Jersey! I would NEVER lease another copier from these people.
