Best company I have ever hired. They installed ductless mini splits. Starting from the sales consultation Jay was very professional and gave me a quote the same day. He recommended the right system for the job and I went with them. The Technicians Chris and Brady just finished the install and I am blown away with how professional they were. They worked quick and the quality of work was fantastic. They kept me up to date with everything going on and always asked if I had any questions. After the install they talked me through the operation of the units. The owners of the company also checked in

From quote to final install Live Free employees were professional, personable, organized and compassionate for their company and it's customers. They did a wonderful job from the sales rep Peter explaining the process and system and customized the install through the install process with Brady, Chris, Tyler and Casey. A pleasure to work with all these gentleman. It was hard to believe the solid and perfect 5 star rating on line, but after working with them I know the ratings are correct. Would highly recommend. We were shopping for a high efficiency split ac/heat pump system and after researching manufacturers online, settled on Mitsubishi. After obtaining three quotes from New Hampshire dealers to install a 3-zone system in our mid-century modern home, we chose Live Free Heating & Cooling. These guys are the best contractors in any trade I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I cannot praise them enough.
Our house had hydronic heat on the first floor, but electric baseboards on the second. We wanted to get rid of the electric heat, and solicited several quotes. Jay was great, discussed multiple options, but was honest and up front that the tech guys would have to come out to really evaluate the feasibility and design of the project. Good indication of integrity up front.
Tyler, the co-owner and lead installer, came out several days later to do a more thorough evaluation

Have to say if you're in the process of considering a cooling or heating system this company is the best out there they are excellent right from the start from their salesman jay to there installers Peter and Tyler whom we worked with they are terrific trades people,they guide you completely through any and all steps of your installation and prices are great,they won't steer you wrong and stand behind their products. Wish there were more tradesmen like them.

From the initial meeting with Jay until the finished product, I truly appreciate the way we were treated by everyone. Our installers Mark and Brady were very professional. When they arrived at the house they covered their shoes and p,Alec tarps in areas that they would be walking. Even though it rained steadily during the install of our split ductless system, they continued to work diligently to get the job done in a timely fashion. I got several quotes and their pricing was competitive and it most cases less. I chose live free nh heating and cooling and and couldn't more satisfied with the

Last week Live Free Heating & Cooling installed a Mitsubishi mini-split, heat pump system. They installed a 24k BTU outdoor unit and two indoor units; a 15k BTU unit in the kitchen and a 6k BTU unit. Although this is classified under an A/C installation, the system provides heat as well. Regardless, they were prompt, courteous and always very professional. Peter and Tyler completely answered all of my questions. In no way did I ever feel like they were brushing over any topics. They wanted to make sure we understood everything and agreed with whatever they were doing. When the job was complete
