Started off the visit with the staff attempting to swindle me out of more money claiming I wasn't charged. When I showed the bank statement, I was treated very disrespectfully and quickly to get out. No WiFi password given and the advertised iron was not a available. Upon entering the door was obviously broken into before and not fixed. No mini bottles of shampoo or soap available except for the hand washing sink. On that note, I saved a single online and was given a double and asked if I preferred smoking our nonsmoking. What is the point of going online if I'm treated like a brand new

After driving all morning and arriving in Cotulla TX I searched for a hotel... all check ins were after 3 or crazy expensive! I arrived at Village Inn and the manager allowed me and the hubby to check in immediately around 9am! Huge surprise! The rooms were clean and nice. The images online are older, I think they just remodeled so the bedding is newer and the rooms are quiet. The only thing is the restrooms, kinda beat but being in an oil town I would imagine its difficult keeping them perfect. Overall really happy with my stay.
