I joined Niner Bikes in June 2018 as the marketing manager and immediately faced issues with our website and SEO performance. Niner had been a Brillity client at times during months prior and I was happy to re-engage the team there to research and guide a CMS recommendation for our new website. Derrick and team suggested Shopify with a Celigo connection to our Netsuite ERP, and we never looked back. The suggestion was spot-on to suit our needs. And when the time came to transition our URL, write all the SEO redirects, and basically make sure the new site was fully optimized to go live and perform

I was pretty hesitant at first to ask for help in creating a website and one of my friends recommended Brillity Digital so I thought it couldn't hurt to ask. Their customer service is pretty great and one of the one of the workers I talked with over the phone was Nathan Shugrue and he really walked me through the step by step process into helping me create a professional website for my business portfolio. He was very helpful and knowledgabe in explaining to me also what digital marketing and strategy entails as I wasn't very familiar. 10/10 though would highly recommend.
