Services
Monkeys live in communities called troops. At Monkey in a Dryer, we are a troop that extends to our neighbors, our vendors, our partners and of course, our customers. All is better when done in community with integrity, honesty, concern for others and a killer backbeat. Our mission at MIAD is to do amazing work for a fair price and to be the best neighbor we can possibly be.
By now, you probably have a pretty good idea of what type of products you want, so at this point you may be wondering what types of clothing and t-shirt services we offer, right? In short, we create your customized logos, lettering, and graphics using a number of different techniques. Everything is done on location in Hopkins, Minnesota, nothing we do is outsourced.
As a monkey, you might not think I know much about t-shirts and other textiles, but after working with the amazing staff members at Monkey in a Dryer Screen Printing, I've learned quite a lot about clothing, hats, bags, and pretty much everything else you can customize. There are tons of ways you can add your own personal touch to fabrics and apparel, but one of the most common I see from the customers I meet is custom t -shirt screen printing.
Screen Printed posters are an economical and creative way to show off your artistic side using paper as your medium for your band merchandise, art prints, or branding event. We use 100 lb heavy white french cardstock paper using water based inks. We print up to 4 spot colors using a palette of standard ink colors.
While I may not have an actual need for clothing, the customizable gear that Monkey in a Dryer provides is so awesome that you will even find a few custom shirts and sweaters in my closet. Unlike some other screen printing and embroidery companies, the textiles you choose are not generic, as we only use high quality gear from brands like Port Authority, Alternative Apparel, Dickies, and American Apparel.

I went to MiaD for some embroidery work on some bags for gifts. They were responsive and communicative and quickly turned the work around. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the service.

After my negative experience, I went back to the store for the refund that was begrudgingly offered by the owner. When I got to the store a very attentive and helpful Employee offered to fix the mistake in lieu of the refund. I left the shirt with my number for them to contact me when the fixes were made. A week later got a call from the owner telling me to come get my shirt and my money because they were not fixing the shirt because of my yelp review. I told her my review could change if they did the work well. Now everyone can see the depths of your character. Your response is indicative of how

I found Monkey In A Dryer on Google by typing: Everyone orders their own shirts....We were late in finding a t-shirt source for our family reunion in July. I wondered if there were places where people could order, pay for and have shirts shipped to themselves....There were not too many choices out there and despite of or because of it's name, I chose this company. We provided our design and were given help by Dallas from design to put the finishing touches on it. Season was very helpful in helping figure out the timeline for ordering and shipping so that everyone would get their shirts on

Stellar Service from Great People

I found Monkey online in August of 2014, when I was designing a logo for a class reunion. I emailed questions several times and got a cheery, non-automated response each time. I was even able to talk to the same staff member via phone. The mockups they sent me showing my design placement on each style of shirt looked detailed and real, and were the same ones they used on the webstore they designed for us to send to the attendees.

The event I was designing for was itself poorly organized, and those organizers didn't use the turnkey system I'd set up

I can't recommend Monkey in a Dryer enough.

I had a need for a dozen tshirts to be printed in less than a week for an event and picked them at random. It was also over a holiday weekend when I sent the initial email asking when and if they could fulfill the order in time.

In the end I was able to send them my designs made in Adobe Illustrator and there was never a problem. The order was finished on time and turned out great. Everyone that I dealt with through email or over the phone was professional and took care of everything that I needed.
