Great location, but old school service. Nothing is electronic; you have to mail your check to them, no reviews or calendar on the website. They mail your deposit back to you. Slow service, but the owners live on the beach and are friendly. The house was clean and better than the photos. We had to buy a blender, which was kind of a bummer. Who rents out a beach house without a blender??

Terrible terrible people to rent from!!!!! we have rented from many places and these folks are by far the worst... the house we rented was nice and was big enough to accomodate our entire family... but when we checked in one of the beds was completely broken... we asked that it be repaired, but it never was... and then they kept our deposit to pay for the bed that was broken before we arrived! terrible terrible people! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

RENTERS BEWARE!!! My family spent 10 days in unit #53 on S. Atlantic Ave., New Smyrna Beach, FL. DO NOT rent this house!! First of all, the place was filthy...I don't know what we paid a cleaning fee for? The ceiling leaks from one of the upstairs bathrooms, the screens on windows and sliding doors have holes in them and we asked the mgmt. company to repair them and they never even returned our call so we had to duct tape them. The blender didn't work, so we were told to go buy a new one. The deck to ocean is old and full of splintered wood. The lawn chairs are old and rusted, but

I am trying to book a vacation to stay in an oceanfront house at New Smyrna Beach, FL. The houses on the website http://www.granstrom.net/ seem perfect for my family and I. However you cannot search availability, So I nicely and professionally emailed the address proved for more information and my response - 3 days later was very poor. The response wasn't even a full sentence. It just said look at #-- call to book. So I saw this house was too large for my family and asked specifically about one we really liked. His response was not available. Then I said could you please tell me which
