Please think good before going to this office . They are not honest. I was there for rout canal first they took deposit then I paid my payment and in my second visit they called me to pay for crown and i didn't do or want crown . I said a hundred times i don't want crown but they said today's visit is for crown . What ? Is it by force. My second problem with the payment . My insurance sent me a report that says different than what I paid when I showed that to them they said your insurance paid more than what expected. Trust me if I didn't show my reports they won't care they asked me for more after

They do not bill but I have had 2 teeth extracted on an emergency basis and the nurses get you in and comfortable go over the whole situation money wise and general comfort wise and got me ready for the extractions and the dr. Came over started noticed my discomfort gave another shot of novicane and he get right to the point makes sure im good in and out. I wish they billed but otherwise ill always go back and after years of dental neglect and anxiety I have no problems going here A++ in my book

My daughter was experiencing tooth ache. I called our family dentist. The answering service said someone will call you back. Two hours later still no calls from our dentist of 15 years. My daughter was in agony. I called 4-5 other offices. All the sudden as I was calling another office, a call came through. I answered and the person said he was returning my call. I told him what the problem was and he instructed me what to do over the phone since it was 11:30 pm. Next day I got another call from the same person and I found out that he was one of the doctors. I was very impressed that he called

My dentist does not place implants. She referred me to another doctor. My husband told me to go to Plainville dental. His mother had an implant done at plainville dental. I told my own dentist and she said she knew of them and interesting enough she highly recommended them. I went in for a consult. I met the doctor who explained to me the procedure. I informed him that i was very scared and he explained to me the procedure and informed me that for safety reasons they did not put anyone to sleep. I agreed to it and trusted him. The front desk informed me that implants were not covered by my insurance

I originally got referred to Plainville Dental for some emergency work. From the minute I came in the entire staff, especially Cirsten, have welcomed me as though we were old friends. Every time I go in there they are so friendly and genuine. They have the craziest coolest new technology as well. PAIN FREE!!!

Great customer service. The doctor I met was very nice. I highly recommend them!
The doctor called me the same night to check up on me. I received an implant for a front tooth. I was told by other dentists that I would have to wear a flipper while my implant was healing and I would have to take it out and put it back in. The doctor at Plainville office gave me a fixed temporary tooth. The price was reasonable and the service outstanding!
