I've been working with Jimmy at Shadow Graphics for a number of years now and he's always gone out of his way to make sure I was completley satisfied with the end product.
Sidenote: I noticed they had a negative review & find it very hard to believe there wasn't some sort of extenuating circumstance behind it. As a business owner, myself, I have come to learn that some people are difficult (if not impossible) to please. So, please don't let one person's (perceived) negative experience persuade you.
