I cannot stress this enough. If you are going to have your carpets cleaned, I mean really deep cleaned, for a fair price, This is the company to go with. The customer service is great and the technician we had, Rusty, he was excellent. I used to work in the flooring industry and I have a lot of background in different types of carpet what they're made out of, their stain resistance, everything. So I could tell Rusty really knew his stuff. He wasn't just there to do a job. he was knowledgeable. Not a good experience. The tech was nice but after carpets dried it was clear a significant about of damage had been done. There are ripples in the carpet in both rooms cleaned, the carpet in one room appears to have been almost shaved in some areas. This is not to mention some paint knocked off a baseboard.

This was our 2cd time using this company, since moving into our home last June 2014. We originally had them come and clean all of our furniture. I was shocked at how well everything turned out and for how reasonable... they cleaned very expensive furniture, that had sat in a climate controlled storage unit, exceptionally!!!! Family thought it was new furniture I had purchased.
