Look no further than New Cali Construction for *ALL* of your renovation projects! Asaf and his team are the BEST in SoCal by far. I hired New Cali Construction initially for a full bathroom and kitchen renovation. We needed to get our windows refitted due to the previous seller cheap out on the retrofitting on our house. Our windows would leak when rain came so it was only until recently we finally were able to get it fixed.

We worked with New Cali construction to paint our house and remodel the kitchen, bathroom and office in our ADU. The attention to detail on the painting was excellent. We worked with New Cali Construction converting our existing garage into an ADU.
We decided to go with New Cali because most of the other contracts explained that building an ADU is easy and they do them all the time. Asaf asked lost of questions and got into the details, he also gave honest feedback which is why we ultimately decided to single bid the project.
The entire team did a great job and showed a lot patience to get things right -- never rushing even as the inspections, permitting and COVID proved challenging. Overall I'm really happy with the quality of work but mostly I appreciated

New Cali Construction remodeled our bathroom and closet space. This was our first ever using a contractor for a significant home update and very nervous hiring a contractor. Asaf was easy to work with.
The work included expanding our bathroom and redesigning our storage and closets to make better use of the space. Asaf, Cesar, and crew are very receptive to my thoughts and ideas. I have a retail commercial building that needed a complete remodel (Sandblast, Scratch coat/brown coat, stucco). After meeting and receiving several quotes from many contractors, I decided to give my project to New Cali Construction - Asaf. From start to finish, Asaf and his crew were very punctual, professional and quick. The contracted time period was 4 weeks and they finished right within that time frame. After dealing construction companies from hell, I came across New Cali construction. My mom was dealing with horrible construction companies that were very pushy and continuously changing the estimates. Called New Cali construction spoke to Asaf he came over the next
day we discussed what we wanted to be done and what would be practical with our budget and timeline. He sent over the estimate within a day or two, it was clear fair and honest. They did a great job and i would definitely recommend Asaf and his crew!!
