Hello and welcome to Sr. Master Nakane's ATA Black Belt Academy. We teach Songahm Taekwondo under the license and direction of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) in Lombard, Illinois. We teach all ages from age 4 and above. We are a family center and we encourage parents to take classes with their children.
There are not many activities that families can participate in together-Taekwondo is one. The ATA Martial Arts curriculum program is customized for adult men and women. Unlike a children's program, adult programs focus on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense that applies in today's world. This nationally acclaimed program in our Lombard and Aurora schools for children ages 8 and up, trains students in Songahm Taekwondo.
