I can’t say enough about their customer Service. I am so impressed with the monthly delivery of my medication. Oceanview ensures my medication is delivered on time and packaged in a cooler to ensure it arrives safely. The pharmacist are friendly, bilingual and always willing to help answer questions.

My wife had three different poorly executed incidents with this pharmacy. For some reason unbeknown to us our Dermatologist uses this pharmacy perhaps because they stock medications other companies do not. First problem was a year ago the pharmacy took a week to fulfill the script. The second incident was a medication that was supposed to be started the very next day however four days later the pharmacy called to get the credit card thus the patient had to wait even longer to start the medication, late AGAIN. If I could give NO stars I would. They delivered the medication to the wrong house for me even though they delivered it correctly for my daughters meds and we live in the same house?
After attempting to call various times at different hours of the day, I have been transferred to absolutely no one, told to leave a message on a full voice messaging system, rudely talk to and hung up on. They do not answer calls in a timely manner and the staff that works there has ZERO customer service skills. For those reasons, they do not deserve good business or good reviews.

Pharmacy staff is very helpful. My medication was shipped and at my door the next day. They walked me through and helped me understand my medical and insurance questions I had about the medication. I will continue to go here instead of Walgreens any time. In fact, it was $1200 at Walgreens, here it was $35! Thank you Oceanview!!

If you want to be on hold for an hour to speak with some rude girl who doesn’t understand this business, you’ve come to the right place! Getting a medication through this “pharmacy” has shown to be the most inconvenient and slow process I’ve ever been through regarding healthcare and simple medication retrieval. It takes oceanview 24 hours just to receive the prescription from your doctor and than an additional 2 to 4 days to approve your insurance. Than you better hope they call or text you back when everything is lined up (they won’t) so expect to be on hold with 15 other people to
