Our Design Build construction delivery method provides the owner with a single point of contact (and contract) for the design and construction phases of a commercial construction project. We work with owners on projects in all of Southeast Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Brookfield, Elm Grove, Mequon, Franklin and more.
Our General Contracting services and the general contractor method of delivery is typically utilized when the owner has contracted directly with an architectural firm for the design services portion of the project and are ready to begin the bidding phase of the project. As a General Contractor, Wes Allen Construction handles all aspects of the project including project bidding, scheduling, safety, construction, and post construction.
Our Construction Management delivery method is utilized when owner's would like to contract directly with the architect, construction manager and the individual subcontractors on the construction project.
As a construction manager, Wes Allen Construction handles all aspects of the project including pre-design involvement, cost budgeting, value engineering, pre-construction, project bidding, contract negotiation, scheduling, safety, construction and post construction.

Wes Allen Construction completed a major building renovation for International Autos in West Allis. An existing abandoned auto dealership was converted into a new Collision Center that included new office spaces, restrooms, computer room, waiting room, 360 picture booth, detail area, paint booth room, and repair/body shop areas.
