Applicants represented by Disability Group are much more likely to win their first claim or appeal. The most common mistake made by applicants in need of Social Security disability insurance is failing to appeal. Don't be surprised by other firms using non-attorney representatives to appear at your hearing.
We know what kind of documentation is required to win Social Security benefits for disability. Struggling with a degenerative illness, a newly-identified sickness, a grave injury or any other kind of disability can be painful for both the person affected as well as their loved ones.

Disability is defined by the Social Security Administration (SSA) as the inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of a medically determinable physical or mental impairment(s) which can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of no less than 12 months.
How long does it take for Social Security to act upon a request for Appeals Council review?. Why do I have to give information about medical tests, etc. when they are all in my records?. My doctor says I am disabled so why is Social Security denying my Social Security disability claim?. VA says I am disabled, so why is Social Security denying my Social Security disability claim?.

My wife has a few thousand documents from world renowned doctors that document from the time she was 5 to the time she turned 21 that she has a sever genetic disorder that will render her permanently disabled by the time she is 35 and because we are broke as a lot of people are due to the economy and not currently seeing a doctor they refuse to help us.
They also in the middle of describing the issue cut me off and refused to listen to me explain the issue. They are unprofessional and not willing to help anyone who is broke and will make them no money. What a joke. Should
