Services
We understand that making the many decisions which come at a time of loss can be difficult. We offer our support by providing you with two options as you consider making immediate arrangements. With online Arrangements, you can take your time to select the arrangements which are best for your preferences and budget.
A funeral is an important part of grieving, and often the first step in the healing process. For thousands of years, funerals have been the preferred means of expressing grief and paying tribute to loved ones. When dealing with loss and grief, there is no single solution that meets the needs of every individual.
Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.
Many who have undergone the emotional strain of arranging a funeral within hours of losing a loved one have made the choice to pre-plan their own funeral. Doing so lifts the burden from their loved ones by relieving decision-making pressure at a time of grief and emotional stress. Funeral arrangements are a deeply personal choice.
Someone you love has died. You are now faced with the difficult, but important, need to mourn. Mourning is the open expression of your thoughts and feelings regarding the death and the person who died. It is an essential part of healing. The following articles provide many practical suggestions to help you move toward healing in your unique grief journey.

I have had three Loved ones that Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home so respectfully attended and with great kindness attended to me, my Mom and my Family's requests. Everyone single person there treated me and my family with the utmost respect. They went far above the call of duty! They were friendly and answered all of our questions even if in our grief we probably asked more than once. I highly recommend Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home and forever will.

We felt blessed to have Shawn Parker as our funeral director. We appreciate the kindness shown to us during this difficult time from all of the staff. David and Shawn Parker’s assistance in the arrangements of the funeral for our beloved brother Tommy was done with much compassion... they made one of the saddest times in our lives more bearable. They went above and beyond to care for our family and Tommy.
We highly recommend Parker - Ashworth.
With sincere thanks,
THE FAMILY OF ALBERT “TOMMY” LUNA

When you have a loveone in the chapel you do not want to be told they just had spent $1000.00
To have the carpet cleaned so they do not allow coffee or food in the building.
I understand funerals cost in the range of $8000.00 and up. The cost of upkeep on the carpet should be in the cost of doing business
