Streamline specializes in the custom design and engineering of commercial and residential buildings. We provide complete building plans drawn in AutoCAD with optional 3-D computer modeling and walk through. We have an interior designer who can assist with choosing exterior and interior colors and finishes as needed.
We will also provide the energy calculations, soils report, and structural engineering as required to obtain a building permit. We provide personalized service while streamlining the design process to simplify construction in order to reduce building costs. Services
Streamline Engineering was founded in 2005 by Jim Peterson and Jeff Richelieu. Our intent was to streamline the process of creating building plans by working closely with our clients to insure that our designs are economical to build while satisfying all of the owner's design criteria. As an employee owned company you will always be working directly with an owner when you work with us.
Streamline will work closely with the building designer to provide a structural design that will be practical to build and fit seamlessly within the architectural design. Most of our work is on new buildings, but we enjoy providing engineering for old buildings in order to extend their economic life.
