I started my career at Phelps & Son Funeral Home in 1997 and worked there until 2003. In 2004, I started working for Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home and stayed there as an Embalmer and Funeral Director until June of 2017.

Staff was very friendly. This was our first time planing a service and Joe explained everything in detail and was very helpful. He was very accomadating and tried his very best to help as much as he could. We were given plenty of time to say our goodbyes at the gravesite, despite what other reviews have stated.
