I knew that I was taking a risk using a company and not an individual, but I wasn’t ready to fully commit and needed some help cleaning. I was willing to overlook the miscommunication that led to us spending an entire day working around their schedule to have our house cleaned if the quality of cleaning was good. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. There are entire sections of my kitchen they skipped (floors, rugs, and anything above the bottom shelf in my open shelving section), entire pieces of furniture not cleaned/ dusted, toothbrushes were taken from on top of bathroom counters and shoved under

Excellent service. Mr. Jeremy Smith is very organized and proactive. The ladies (Ms. Tocarro, Ms. Nicole & Ms. Ashley) are fantastic. They are not only courteous and friendly but they pay attention to detail. Our house looks almost new every time they leave.
