No way. After being told to hurry up and get them paid. That way the case can be served right way. I got an email stating they didn't want to serve until after the 27. Another week after they were paid. So two weeks is right way to them. This is not acceptable. For an attorney you hire to lie to you or make a statement and no follow it..

I been hit with a lawsuit by this attorney who is representing my HOA. I purchased my home late 2019 and moved into it Feb of 2020. In March I became Ill and lost my job due to a medical emergency and the pandemic. At the time I was in and out of the hospital from March 2020 until October 2020 I been through forbearance with my mortgage company as I recouperate . I was under the impression that HOA was on lockdown because they closed everything due to the pandemic. I did not receive any correspondence from them in regards to collecting on the dues! This is my first time living in a HOA community

Mr. Martin provided me with a free consultation with advice on how to proceed with damage to my home and poor quality of work relating to the tear out and installation of hardwood by a "locally owned and operated family business". He encouraged me to take the path of least resistance but assured me that if I could not find remedy on my own he would be silly and happy to take the case. I was able to resolve the issue without retaining counsel and I am grateful for his honesty and his advice. Should I ever need an attorney to represent me in the future I will call Mr. Martin without a moment

We contacted them to for a pressing case. They took the money and ran with it so to speak. They did a terrible job with case. I wasn't even able to attend the hearing which was there fault. They lost the case because they did not get the evidence simply because they didn't try to get it. They didn't use witness they proved the case. They didn't subpoena records they needed to subpoena. Run far away from this law firm. Please go elsewhere before you lose all of your money and your case. They will try ask for money than the original retainer to win your case. Watch out!

Mr. Martin recently represented me against an attempt on collections via a lawsuit. The suit named me for work supposedly completed on a house prior to my purchase of the house. Mr. Martin did a fantastic job. He very quickly assessed the situation and aggressively and appropriately demanded my removal from the suit. I was removed from the suit within a week. I am very pleased with how this was handled and would recommend Mr. Martin and his services to anyone!
