You may recognize Jassen from his famous social media remodeling company JHolderby Renovations. Raised in Dublin, Ohio and Knoxville, Tennessee. Jassen has always had a passion for the bar and restaurant industry and has a flair for outside the box thinking. He created District 13 based on all the things he didn't like about your average restaurant and bar.

Disappointed in District 13. We haven't eaten out in months and was looking forward to an upscale experience.
The $28 crab, shroom & strip steak was overcooked, tough, and definitely over-priced. I ordered it… medium rare and it wasn't pink at all. The $11 Grey Goose martini came in a wine glass and was so watery, could barely taste the vodka. My husband ordered a burger with bacon (extra charge) but it came without bacon. He was half way through when the bacon arrived. We complained and received a $4 discount on the $67 bill.

One bit of feedback: The menu indicates a $1.50 or $3 up-charge for splitting an entree. We asked the waitress about it and she said if a couple orders one entree to share the up-charge applies. We don’t think charging extra for an empty plate is good business.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere in every aspect. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were friendly, attentive, and helpful when deciding what to select from the menu. There were so many great choices I look forward to going back and trying the others! The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted great!They have live music Weds - Sun. I went with six other people and service was nice but super slow, I understand short staffed but food for six and no apps took over an hour. Some of the staff was clearly talking ill about my table and it was obvious as they pointed and stared at us.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with chips and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and portion size. Food all around was good but not worth the time it takes to eat here.

1st time on "this side of the square" in Sunbury. Love the vibe at D13, especially outside as the sun goes down and the lights brighten up overhead and around the square. My wife and I enjoyed the whiskey bourbon burger and the mahi tacos and the Margarita Fish Bowl (it is exactly what you think it is) which were all delicious. The only downside is that everything was on the "pricier" side of things. Not outrageous, but a bit more than I'd prefer if we were to dine here regularly. The (really excellent)burger and 1/2 salad ($4 upcharge) came in at $20! Service was great

My wife and I went there a few weeks ago for the first time and we were very impressed. We were warned that our wait time for our order might take time since they were short staffed. I appreciated that. But our order did not take a long time. It was served promptly.
My wife ordered the Garlic Burger with fries. She said that both were excellent. She loved the burger, cooked exactly the way she wanted. And the fries were great.
I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were delicious. I forgot to order them without onions but that's my fault.
They also had a homemade version of a cola

Not sure where to start. Today was my first time and wanted to try Sunday Brunch. Was greeted with the statement if you want Breakfast you have 20 minutes to order. Over an hour later the food came. During our over an hour wait, had to ask for refill on drinks. Our server never came back to check on us or apologize for the extended wait or anything. Was about to get up and leave and the food came. Eggs were burned on the edges. Ordered toast it came several minutes later. My wife's French toast was greasy and did not taste good. Never brought coffee or jelly that was requested.

If you're jumpy about people not wearing masks, then this is NOT where you want to dine in! The owner or manager was walking around without a mask - cleaning off tables, greeting people... There were several people who came in without a mask and nothing was said to them. I don't remember seeing a sign that a mask was required on the front door.

This place!
A friend and I met for drinks and dinner- it was great. It was early evening with the sun shining so we sat outside.
Our waitress, Mel, was so sweet and helpful. We ordered the Brussel sprouts to split, amazing, and then we both had a whiskey burger which was juicy and the homemade chips were delicious!
An interesting and beautiful smoky old fashioned adorned our table too!
Three days later, I took my daughter we had, of course, the Brussel sprouts. Then she had a chicken sandwich and I had the mahi-mahi tacos. The coffees were delicious too.
The inside is open and so inviting!

My husband and I are making an effort this year to venture out & support businesses we haven't yet tried. Today we decided on a super early dinner (as we were starving) so ordered "to go" using their online menu. Super easy process & ready in 25 minutes... perfect! I opted for the District Greens as it had gists cheese & walnuts so knew I couldn't go wrong. I added Mahi to it & can I say, the serving was very generous!
Now for my husbands order: fish & ships with a side of Buffalo Mac & cheese & a side of slaw PLUS the Buffalo dip & corn chips
