Mayfield-Brainard Collision & Paint of Lyndhurst, OH was founded in 1954 and is a family owned and operated business currently on its 3rd generation. We work with all insurance companies and are a direct repair shop for several of them. Full service is provided to our customers including at home estimates, vehicle pick up/drop off and on site rental cars.
We do all collision repairs, dent removals, painting, custom paint jobs, restorations and our work is guaranteed for as long as you have your vehicle. In many cases, additional damage is discovered on further inspection. Your repair facility will deal directly with your insurance company to review any additional repairs.

Wanted to give them 4 stars, but I couldn't...
Had my Tesla Model S towed to the Lyndhurst Tesla Service Center after an incident. That Tesla SC doesn't do bodywork, so they sent it to Mayfield Brainard to get fixed up. They did a good job with the paint work, but unfortunately the good ends there.
My vehicle was there for over TWO MONTHS and at the end of it all it still was not fixed. I drove up from Columbus SIX TIMES solely for the purpose of picking up the vehicle and each time the car had more trouble than the last time I saw it. Luckily I went through insurance, so I was able to pick another

I would recommend Mayfield-Brainard Collision & Paint to anyone!!! Incredibly kind and helpful staff, and they do a great job. They explain everything they're doing and let you know all of your options. They are fair and will try to get you the best deal possible, for the best quality. They also get bonus points from me because they have the sweetest dog in the shop when you go in. What more could you want?!

This place was recommended by my insurance company, so I decided to go with their recommendation; since I had to get an extensive amount of work done to my vehicle. They have great customer service & did a nice job repairing my vehicle. However, I should have took a better look at inside of my car before I drove off. There was so much debris left in the the back seat/trunk of my car. There was pieces of torn rubber, little pieces of what looked like gravel/rocks on the floor/seats, screws, dirty hand prints, sticky tags that might have come off of boxes or materials that was used & I was so disappointed

I inquired how much time and cost it would be for this company to paint a few panels on my car if I had them directly shipped from the dealership. They quoted me and I agreed. After a week I finally called to figure out why it was taking so long for them to paint three panels. They told me it had been done for a few days. But they never called me. So I briefly looked at the items that were already in the shipping boxes. Without looking at every square inch I rented a truck and took them home. I installed them onto my car. This place has been recommended by my mechanic and was on the list from my insurance company as one of the recommended body shops. I was confident to take my car there. Unfortunately, my experience couldn't be worse. The car I was renting from them (convenience) had some issues, and at the end I was charged way more then supposed to.
