My name is Joseph Pu. I'm the president and founder of a home inspection company called JP Home Inspection. We are based in Hacienda Heights, California. Right from the very beginning my mission has been to protect you from buying a "Money Pit". I will personally inspect your home. My inspections exceed the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) Standards of Practice, which is the gold standard in our industry.
