I have been in the real estate business since 1993 and have worked with a bunch of Property Managers for my personal rental properties and my clients. I can say without hesitation that Dale was excellent. The main thing I look for is someone that is honest and looks out for my best interest and Dale is the "real deal". I would his services in the future and will continue to refer him out to my clients.

I have 2 properties that were causing me the biggest headaches... In one, I okayed a cat, and when I visited, they had at least 5 cats, the carpets were stained, and there was a hole in one wall! New Start took over managing both of my rental homes - they visit often to be sure rules are not being broken and that my homes are being treated well - plus they helped me find great tenants. and I love not getting calls about a faucet drip at midnight!
