Microneedling is a very simple, safe, effective and minimally invasive therapeutic technique to create healthier skin. Also called collagen induction therapy (CIT), microneedling stimulates the body's natural healing process to stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin. This results in smoother, tighter, more youthful-looking skin.
Rolfing, the original form of structural integration, is the process of unraveling structural and movement patterns to re-align and balance the body in gravity. This process is done by means of myofascial manipulation and movement education. Myofascia is the muscles and the network of connective tissue which enwraps the muscles (and organs) and gives the body its shape.
Dr. Christie may use BEMER sessions as a stand alone or an adjunct to enhance a treatment depending both on needs of her client and her own sense of what will work best to serve those needs. In general, BEMER is a pain free, relaxing 8-16 minute application used for well-being, improved blood flow and physical fitness.

Hands down the best acupuncture clinic on the Westside. Dr. Christie is a warm and caring practitioner who listens and does her very best to get you well. I've been seeing her for over 5 years and my life and health has improved tremendously. She offers so many different treatment modalities and thinks outside the box to make sure she is giving you the best care/treatment. I'm so excited about her new skincare options! When western medicine, has its shortcomings and you need someone that will listen and address your immediate pain and discomfort, this is the place to go. This woman truly has healing hands and really tries to get to the source of the problem. Dr. Christie has successfully treated me through my 1st pregnancy 3 years ago, first for sciatica and then when I dealt with painful fibroids where I could barely walk. When I found out Dr. Christie was going to start offering skincare treatments, I jumped for joy. I've been seeing Dr. Christie for years now for acupuncture and she's an amazing healer. I've had several skincare treatments and my skin has never been better! Now, she's offering scupltural face lifts!!! Just had my first session and WOW! I can see my jaw line and the hollows of my cheeks. Next up -- microneedling sessions and iS Clinical fire & ice facials.

I wanted to try Rolfing, and I found our sessions together to be very revealing and therapeutic. In the course ten sessions, I experienced relief from chronic pain that massage and chiropractic had no lasting effects on. I'm impressed folks. Since finishing the Rolfing series, I'm still a loyal customer for acupuncture and Bemer sessions.

I'm suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck which travels across my back, shoulder blade and down my right arm. To date I've tried medications, physical therapy and even an anti-depressant used to also treat nerve pain and found mixed results, but never any lasting relief.

I'm so glad I found Dr Christie. She's helped me immensely with a knee injury (and compensatory issues from the knee injury) and a lot of the stress that's come with the injury. I used to get acupuncture weekly, for a couple years, from my best friend, who then moved out of state.
