I was born and raised in south Charlotte and am proud to be a southern gal! I grew up in Steele Creek, which most would argue is "south of south Charlotte" or "pretty much South Carolina." Growing up here was ideal because it allowed me to enjoy and explore the beauties of both North & South Carolina.
Much like the rest of my family, I am outgoing, short, hard working and have a large sense of humor!. I have always enjoyed planning events, even when I was a child. My passion really grew when I attended Appalachian State University in 2009 though. I knew I wanted to make a career in event planning so I established myself in a Communication major and minored in Entrepreneurship.

We called 4 other wedding planners and compared. Mint To Be stuck out from their planning options and level of details. I called the number on the brochure in the email and spoke with Caroline - The first chat was so helpful that we dropped the other planners we were considering.

Caroline was the perfect professional and angel as she helped plan and navigated unforeseen speed bumps during the time leading up to our wedding. Booking Caroline as our wedding planner was the best decision we made! Our original wedding date was planned for April 2020, and I'm honestly not sure what we would have managed without her help navigating through postponing/COVID. She was with us every step of the way (all while planning her own wedding during COVID) and I always felt better after talking things through with her. This girl is PREPARED. If you're planning a wedding, the first thing you need to do is book Mint To Be Weddings! Caroline and her team did an amazing job at my daughter's recent wedding. I highly recommend Caroline and her team for your big day! Going into the wedding planning process - I was confident I would be able to manage everything, but soon found myself questioning my decisions and game plan. I knew I wanted assistance for the "day of", but didn't realize I could use some guidance throughout the process. I began to look at some different options in the Charlotte area, but was apprehensive because some of the other planners seemed "pushy."

Caroline is amazing!!! She is super fun to work with and has the creative vision to make your dreams become reality and I thoroughly enjoyed having her be a part of my big day.
