We believe that that we are "FAITHFULLY SERVING GOD AND OUR CLIENTS" in everything we do. That is why we feel every family deserves the strongest possible protection and the chance to control their money in later life, especially if there's an unexpected event - no matter what! For example, we've seen unsuspected families have the money that they've worked all their life to save, taken from them to pay for nursing home care.
This can be avoided! I like the fact that they stand by you and look at working with your family long-term, not just a "one and done" project like many law firms. Being in control of your money that you've worked all your life to secure is essential if you want to pass on your legacy to your family with peace of mind.

A realtor we worked with recommended this law firm for our estate planning needs. I gave them a call and went through a couple of consultations before committing to work with them to create a living trust and estate plan. After a series of meetings with two different lawyers, the firm sent me a design plan that documented their understanding of our goals for establishing the trust. In reviewing the design plan, I noted several errors and requested that the errors be corrected. Following that communication, the firm's receptionist set us up for a signing appointment with one of the partners

Do you have a Will? I prefer a Trust, I can state what I want done for myself, if I'm physically unable. A Will can't do that!! A Trust moves from State to State a Will Doesn't!! See what I mean, I'm not a Lawyer are you, so get this one to help you pass on what you own, not some Judge sitting in a Court.
