Dr. Noleen is an okay dentist; however the front office manager was horrible. Elizabeth did not follow through with any problems that needed to be taken care of. It's too bad since the front desk personnel are the first people you need to assist you with all of your problems. It's sad.
Thankfully, the office in Santa Ana is closed. I have found an exceptional new dental office. The front office people have taken care of all my needs.

Came for my first time a week ago as a new patient. I've had bad experiences before so I was nervous but Dr Noleen and her staff were wonderful and so easy to talk to. She was quick and confident to point out the issues that we needed to take care of and within a week I got a cleaning, a cavity filled and a permanent crown put on and I'm very happy with what they have done. Two thumbs up

Noleen Dental has taken really good care for all our dental needs, staffs are very nice and courteous. The dentist has done an excellent job on all my crowns, she takes her time to make sure our teeth are nice and clean. we highly recommend her office to everyone. they have 2 office locations, one in Huntington Beach and one in Santa Ana very convenience for our family. We are very pleased to recommend Noleen Dental to everyone.

Dr. Noleen Nugyen is the very first dentist I ever had that was able to fill a cavity without novocaine. She asked me at first if she could try without novocaine. I was very scared and skeptical at first, but her smooth disposition told my instincts to trust her. Throughout the procedure she constantly asked if I was feeling any discomfort, which I wasn't. Then, she was done. No numb feeling in my mouth and my cavity was filled. Amazing.
