Woodspear has owned our complex for the last few years now and they have done an exceptional job. They truly care about how well the units and grounds are taken care of. I know alot of the residents have been happy with the changes they've made!
Once Covid hit, the company really stepped up and proved that they are more than just a management company. They genuinely care. My family is forever grateful for them in these tough times.

My husband and I got screwed over by a complex managed by Wooodspear. When contacting the complex we discovered they made a mistake that caused a large collection debt in our name without us knowing anything about it. When I asked why no one contacted us to tell us the mistake was made before it went to collections I was told "its not my job to call you". I contacted Woodspear about it was told that it's already I collections and they dont have the files for the complex, so there's nothing they can do. She said oncs you are no longer a resident they dont feel it necessary to call you. Everyone
