Graham Mortgage Corporation was founded by Mr. Joe M. Graham in 1987. Mr. Graham was the sole shareholder from its inception until January of 2013 when the company was sold to Dean Castelhano. Mr. Castelhano currently serves as President and sole shareholder. Mr. Graham remains as Chairman of the Board and is active in the company's everyday operations, serving on the loan committee and as an active investor in Graham-generated loans.
