I want to introduce myself to you all. My name is Shea Faria and I am the owner of Aloha Cleaning Service. I always dreamed of being a business owner and I take great pride in offering you the BEST and most conscientious customer service you will ever experience. My own personal experience is derived from years of working in the Restoration and Remediation Industry as well as being a partner in a home cleaning business for the past two years.
One of my many goals is to provide you with stress free service; from the scheduling down to the actual cleaning of your home, property or office building. I believe strongly that a clean environment makes for a more comfortable, relaxing life, or, atleast it helps! Born and raised in the Bay Area, I transplanted to the Placer County area several years ago and have never left.

As a child it was always a time when I was required to clean my room and get rid of the excess clutter. I think we can all agree that winter causes a great many of us to live. As the year is coming to an end I want to remind myself and others that a fresh start lies ahead. It has been a challenging year for all of us but, we all have much to be thankful for as we live in one of the greatest countries in the world.

They were recommended to me by a friend who uses their service so I was already feeling good about them. When I contacted Shea by email he always responded back to me the same day. He was flexible with the schedule and heard my desires and wants for specific cleaning. I wanted a team that was COVID vaccinated and would respect my desire for masking when we interacted, and Shea treated my requests with respect and consideration.
I don't mind telling you, they had their work cut out for them as I hadn't done any deep cleaning myself for almost 3 months

My husband and I bought a house in Rocklin and we wanted to have it cleaned before moving in. I found Aloha Cleaning Service here on Yelp, and Shea has been friendly and accommodating since our first interaction. Shea and Colton did a fantastic job cleaning our new home, and we have a mutual love for the Hawaiian Islands. My husband and I plan to schedule them for monthly cleanings going forward. Shea and his partner thoroughly cleaned our house after we had extensive work done i.e. all new flooring, cabinetry refinished, complete painting of the interior. After all of the contractors had completed their work, Aloha Cleaning came in and did a fantastic job cleaning the house so we could move in. We will use them in the future and will refer them to anyone who needs expert and thorough cleaning.

I realize that the deep cleaning service request would be a challenging job. Getting the initial quote together was difficult on my end because I was having to coordinate from out of town. I got a quote in February but it looked like an onsite walkthrough would be needed based on the scope in order to get a more accurate estimate of the cost and we were only able to schedule the appointment in person this month due to mutual scheduling conflicts.
After the walkthrough, Shea said he would send a revised quote. I had to follow up nearly 2 weeks later since I hadn't heard from him only for him
