She attended Mississippi State University, where she received a bachelor's degree in biological engineering. Dr. Saunders then completed her dental training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She finally made her way down to Texas, where she completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr Pierson has always been very friendly, thorough, and wont miss to give you the details on what will happen. He will tell you straight if you aren't doing it right and will applaud you if you did what he ask you. He is very attentive too. He is like one of the best in this field so it’s worth every dollar. Got my braces off after 31 months and i am very happy of the results. The staff are also very friendly even Dr. Saunders. Thank you to the Pierson family for giving the best smiles.

This place is fantastic, I cannot imagine better treatment or a better orthodontic experience anywhere else. Dr. Pierson & Dr. Saunders along with every staff member I have worked with are absolutely wonderful. I am not just writing this review after one visit to this office. Between my kids and I, we have been here numerous times over the past three years without a single negative experience. I just cannot say enough about the friendly, caring atmosphere. I recommend this office without hesitation any time someone mentions orthodontics.

Before and during Covid-19, Dr. Pierson and his amazing Team have treated our Family as his own. The red carpet treatment that includes the safest, greatest technology available, as pain free as possible and the cleanest Office we have ever been to. The entire experience has been 5 star since day one.
